NDIS questions
Can I use my NDIS plan for dog poo removal?
Many self-managed and plan-managed participants use their plan for yard help like ours, often under daily living or house and yard maintenance supports. Whether it fits your plan depends on your goals, so check with your plan manager or support coordinator. We're happy to talk with them.
Are you an NDIS registered provider?
No. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We can't bill agency-managed (NDIA-managed) plans.
What will be on my invoice?
A clear, itemised tax invoice with our ABN, the date of service and the amount. Tell us if your plan manager needs anything extra.
Can my support worker or carer arrange it?
Yes. A support worker, carer, family member or support coordinator can get the quote and book for you.
Which areas do you cover for NDIS participants?
All our service areas, from Joondalup to Rockingham, including North Perth, Mount Lawley, Subiaco, Claremont, Scarborough, Victoria Park, Fremantle and Joondalup. We're based near Hyde Park.
How does billing work?
We invoice after each visit, to you if you self-manage or straight to your plan manager if you're plan-managed.
